Can I return an item if it’s not right?

Yes, you can, as long as it is in its original condition with tags still on and is unworn and is returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact returns@hummingbirdboutique.com.au regarding your return.

If you have an item that is faulty please contact returns@hummingbirdboutique.com.au.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are sent via express post and will aim to be sent out within 2 business days of your order being placed. Metropolitan areas can expect next day delivery. Regional areas may expect their order to take a little bit longer but we aim to have it sent and on its way to you ASAP.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, Once your order is packed and sent, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provided at checkout.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, there is a size chart in the description section of each item. It’s important to check the size guide for each item as different brands can vary slightly in sizing.

Do you do layby?

We do not offer layby.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment is taken via PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. You don’t need a PayPal account to be able to make a purchase, you can check out as a guest.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we do not ship internationally but if we get enough interest it will definitely be something that we look into.

Will an item be restocked?

We will do our best to restock popular lines but at times we may not be able to restock items due to supplier stock levels. Add your name to the waitlist to be the first to know when the item you are after is back in stock. You can also keep up to date with new arrivals by signing up to our mailing list.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate express shipping for $10.
